Mechanism of Action

Trismooth-TC combines complementary peptides designed to support extracellular matrix renewal. It supports collagen and hyaluronic acid-related matrix production in the dermis while promoting structural components associated with the dermal–epidermal junction, including type IV, VII and XVII collagen, laminin and integrins. Together, these activities help reinforce skin structure and promote firmer, smoother and more resilient-looking skin.

Efficacy Data

In Vivo:

At 2.5%, supports improvement in facial firmness and smoothness after 56 days of use.

In Vitro:

Supports collagen-related activity associated with type I, IV, VII and XVII collagen.
