Mechanism of Action

Cosdermo™ PAL-150 combines two complementary palmitoylated signaling peptides. Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 supports extracellular matrix renewal and the synthesis of structural proteins involved in skin repair and regeneration, while Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 helps minimize glycation-related effects associated with damaged protein accumulation and visible skin aging. Together, they help maintain collagen and elastin networks and support firmer, smoother and more resilient-looking skin.

Efficacy Data

In Vivo:

At 3%, PAL-150™ helps reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles and crow’s feet while improving skin elasticity after 28 days of use.

In Vitro:

Supports type I and III collagen and elastin synthesis in the tested model.
