Mechanism of Action

DendriRegen features a spherical peptide architecture designed to support fibroblast activity and stimulate the synthesis of key structural proteins, including type I collagen and elastin. By supporting extracellular matrix renewal and dermal–epidermal junction integrity, it helps improve the appearance of skin firmness, elasticity and structural resilience.

Efficacy Data

In Vivo:

At 10%, DendriRegen demonstrated improvement in the appearance of facial wrinkles and skin elasticity, together with reduced TEWL after 28 days of use.

In Vitro:

Demonstrates dermal penetration, supports type I and III collagen synthesis, reduces inflammatory mediator activity, and exhibits antimicrobial activity.
